Serious & Organised Crime

This eLearning module formed part of a wider initiative to modernise training and onboarding across HMPPS. The focus was on simplifying complex terminology and operational jargon, making challenging subject matter more accessible. The module helped new staff better understand serious and organised crime concepts and apply them confidently in their roles.
